Strategic Plan for Atlantic City

The Atlantic City Special Improvement District is in the final stages of its Downtown Revitalization Plan. With their Main Street program focusing on the challenges of Atlantic Avenue, Wander Group has been retained to distill hundreds of recommendations down to an achievable amount of projects to be implemented by their committees during the next 6, 12, 18 and 36 months. This Strategic Plan is an essential tool that focuses and prioritizes limited resources in a unique and challenging environment like Atlantic City. In partnership, Wander Group is working with: Wachovia Foundation, Main Street New Jersey and Karbashian Eddington Planning Group who have coordinated the 2-year process of developing the Downtown Plan.
