Dedham, Massachusetts: Board Facilitation/Action Plans

Board Members of Dedham Square Circle are ready for discussing where the program wants to go next. This organization, just over one year old, has already raised more than $40,000, hired a part-time Director, and is knee-deep in major development projects within their community! Now they are prepared to develop sophisticated project action plans that will focus their energy and enthusiasm in order to develop a viable program for the long run.

Board members agreed to focus on improving their vision and mission statement while prioritizing action items; Wander Group will facilitate their visioning and convert their goals to easily understood instructions. Specific goals will include developing plans for fundraising and cultivating stronger partnerships with businesses and larger local institutions- all while Dedham Square Circle formalizes their organizational structure.
