February 1 - 2, 2008 Board Members of Lawrenceville Main Street met at the Chauncey Conference Center in nearby Princeton for an intense discussion of where the program wanted to go next. After 10 years of improvements in their downtown Village, Board members agreed to focus on improvements to their mission statement and their decision making process; this included developing areas that included fundraising, organizing events, and cultivating stronger partnerships with businesses and larger local institutions.
