Wander Group Concludes Training Sessions at LEDC

Mayor’s Awards for Historic PreservationIt’s hard to believe three months of sessions have already passed since Wander Group began this series! Hosted by Latino Economic Development Corporation, the sessions addressed areas that improve operations for small business owners. Topics included “Adjusting to a Changing Marketplace,” “Inside & Out: Facades and Merchandising” and “Business Life Cycles.” These courses were offered in Spanish and English and audience members represented many nationalities. The workshops were focused towards merchants active in Ward One, where the highest concentration of foreign-born business owners in Washington, D.C. currently operate.
