January 29 - 31, 2008 More than 60 participants attended sessions that addressed Successful Strategies of Community-Based Organizations. Presenters included Tom Litke of Wander Group, who is a repeat speaker at the Institute and has worked with many programs responding to commercial revitalization issues but have limited staffing. This three-day course, held at Thomas Edison State College, was a refresher course for many and a wonderful opening for six new programs supported by the New Jersey Office of Smart Growth.
