Wander Group’s Tom Litke identified, evaluated, and performed a brief analysis with recommendations for historic structures in compliance with federal funding requirements.  He also conducted field surveys and documented historic eligibility of structures as required for federal undertakings.  In addition, he completed HABS Surveys and acted as liaison between governmental agency and local communities.  The project resulted in successful nominations to the National Register for Historic Places.
